Tandoori Barbeque



Tandoori dishes are Indian Kabobs baked on skewers in the tandoor, a bell-shaped clay oven fired by charcoal. The dishes are marinated in a yogurt-based marinade for tenderness, and then baked quickly at a high heat to retain moisture.
